I have been a massage therapist since 2007 and started using doTERRA oils in my massage practice in 2018 simply because I loved essential oils. Little did I know how powerful these oils are and how they would effect my clients and myself in ways no other oil has in my 11 years of practice at that time. The aroma was so clear and pure, the texture was so genuine. 

As a nutritionist since 2014 the doTERRA supplement options are above and beyond any I have encountered. There is no longer wasted time spent in front of a large display case wondering what to chose for vitamins and supplements. 
In 2020 I really began to use the oils in my home and with my family, not just in my practice, because I realized this was the link to my own healing. Before I knew my anxiety started to get better, I was able to think more logically and clearly. My family has benefited in so many ways from better immune systems, to better focus, pain relief and more. 

Having trauma throughout my life and in the Army, as many do, my anxiety was always out of my control, and even though my pain was helped with massage therapy and other self care measures, these issues were now becoming a controllable factor in my life as I implemented more and more of the doTERRA lifestyle.

I certainly cannot thank God enough for his guidance in my life and without Him I would not have begun this wonderful journey of health and wellness to heal myself and others.

I have been taking the meta power supplements for almost 9 months. On my last visit to the doctor this week I learned at I have lowered my A1C  .4 points. Only thing I have changed is adding this Doterra supplements and drinking less coke zero. This works if you stay the course.
